Recruitment Process
Position Advertisement
Vacant positions can be viewed via our Career Opportunities Page, via ‘Seek’ and internally within our employee network. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as we leave the advertisement open for as long as it takes to find the right candidate and therefore this timeframe varies.
Shortlisting Candidates
Upon receiving your application, we will analyse your skills/experience to assess your role suitability. If you are shortlisted, we will make contact with you via telephone to arrange an interview. Unfortunately due to the popularity of our vacant positions, we do not have the capacity to personally notify unsuccessful applicants.
The Interview
Our interview panel will generally consist of the Hiring Manager and either a Supervisor or member of the Human Resources Team. Upon arriving for an interview, you will be asked to complete an ‘Application Form’ aimed at collecting further employment-related information not provided within your initial job application.
The interview will be a relaxed opportunity to introduce you to our business and share the job opportunity in more detail. You will be asked a range of general as well as situational interview questions to give us further insight into your skills and experience. It is worth noting that we will be also looking at your fit with our culture.
We encourage you to be ready to briefly share your career background and goals with us, along with asking any questions you may have in further considering our business as the next step in your career.
Some roles may require a 2nd interview as part of the selection process.
