Since the launch of Brian Hilton Motor Group’s CA Program, car manufacturers have continued to increase warranty periods, service programs, service intervals and roadside assistance. These manufacturer offers combined with Brian Hilton’s CA Program creates the most rounded vehicle ownership program on the Central Coast – but we can do better.
‘Kaizen’ (Toyota’s Business Philosophy) is the practice of ‘Constant Improvement’ which impacts every single part of our Business from the CEO, to our Service Techs and even our Rewards Programs. What does this mean? Brian Hilton Motor Group is currently reviewing and planning a relaunch of Customer Advantage in Q4 2020. This means more value for our customers, reliability for your vehicles, service ease and all round ownership. For over 50 Years the Central Coast has come to Brian Hilton Motor Group for not only the best range of vehicles but service and ownership offers. As we grow and expand our brands, services, aftermarket and reach, we hope to expand our CA Program to reflect. This will give our Customers access to the most agile ownership program seen on the Central Coast with access to what you need, when you need it. To keep this transition as streamline as possible we have taken steps with the current CA Program. CA Reward Points will not be removed during this process but will stop accruing from the 8/7/2020. Any CA Points that have been accrued can still be used as per service terms until 8/7/2023. New program information will be announced in the following months via email, service reminders and our Sales and Service Departments.
