Terms and Conditions
- The competition will run from 9 am Friday 29th November 2007 until 6 pm Monday 31st December 2007.
- To be eligible to enter a person must have purchased and taken delivery of a New (Toyota or Kia) or Used Vehicle from Brian Hilton Toyota/Kia at either Gosford or Wyong. Sales to National Fleets, Local, State and Federal Government Fleets, Charitable Institutions, Trade Buyers and Staff or their Spouses are not eligible.
- Eligible persons will enter by filling in the form provided and placing it in the barrel provided.
- To claim a prize the winner must have:
a) Taken delivery of the vehicle they purchased during the time of the promotion on or before the 31st December 2007.
b) Paid for the vehicle in full by the 31st December 2007, subject to the vehicle being one that can be delivered before 1st March 2008.
- Prizes will only be awarded when the winner has taken delivery of or fully paid for the vehicle they purchased during the promotion period.
- Winners will be determined by a drawing of the completed forms from a barrel. The first form drawn will be entitled to $ 10,000.00. Prizes are not transferable and have to be collected by the person who has purchased and registered the vehicle.
- Winners will be drawn by the Dealer Principal or his duly appointed representative at 9 am on Friday 4th January 2008.
- In the event that the winner is not able to receive his or her Prize for whatever reason, a redraw will occur 3 months after the drawing date. Permission from the Department of Gaming and Racing will be sought if this occurs.
- Winners will be notified via telephone and all winners will be published in the Central Coast Express on Friday 11th January 2008.
