About the Central Coasts Brian Hilton Motor Group

History

Hilton Pty Ltd began trading in 1967 selling used cars from a site at North Gosford. In 1968 the company was appointed as Renault and Peugeot Dealer for the Central Coast and after a short time the company became one of the leading Peugeot Dealers in New South Wales. This brought the company to the notice of Toyota.

In December 1972, the company was granted the Central Coast Toyota franchise. A new Dealership was built at 470 Pacific Highway and Brian Hilton Toyota became a landmark to locals as a leading Central Coast Dealer. As the market share for Toyota continued to grow on the Central Coast, Brian Hilton Toyota expanded its operations to keep pace.

In 1977, a Dealership was opened in Wyong. The following years saw continued growth and in 1986 the business moved from 470 Pacific Highway to the current site.

In the 97/98 Financial Year we sold 2,511 New and Used Vehicles. Total Sales were over $76 Million.

At the beginning of 2000 we procured a site to enable us to open a Service Centre at Woy Woy to better serve our customers in the Peninsula area. The centre opened with the best of the new technology and capabilities to service 35 vehicles a day.

In 2001, we further expanded our Sales department with the inclusion of Kia to our broad vehicle range. By expanding to incorporate Kia we have been able to meet our customers needs better as we are able to show them a larger variety of vehicles.

2003 saw us moving our Service Centre at Woy Woy. Due to the rapid expansion of the population and the need for council to provide better facilities for local residence we moved from George Street to our current location at Charlton Street.

In the 04/05 Financial Year we sold 3,536 New and Used Vehicles with total Sales in excess of $118 Million. Despite the ever-changing fortunes of the motor industry, Brian Hilton Toyota/Kia has remained a major force in the local car industry and the desire to attain excellence in motor retailing and after sales service continues today.

2006 saw Brian Hilton Motor Group make another purchase to its expanding product line. We now have facilities to carry out smash repairs at our Gosford site. With the inclusion of our smash repairs division, Brian Hilton Motor Group now employs over 150 local people at our three sites.

To break this down even further we aim to continually change and improve our procedures and systems to give even better service; to contribute to the economic and social development of the Central Coast and; to be totally committed to supplying our customers with the right products, service and advice. Who We Are

The Brian Hilton Motor Group holds the franchise for the Sales and Service of Toyota and Kia vehicles for the Central Coast region. Our primary outlet is a modern showroom and up-to-date service and parts facility, which is located on a 12-acre site in Frances Park Close, North Gosford. A smaller site is located on the Pacific Highway, North Wyong, which also features a modern showroom, workshop and parts facilities.
